The property is located in a very scenic and sought after area in Connemara and due to the fact that it is situate on an elevated site off a cul de sac roadway, gives it added privacy and seclusion.  The house is double glazed in the main,  timber facia and soffet and PVC guttering and down pipes.  The property in general is maintained to a good standard.  It is ideally located for leisure activities which include walking, pony trekking, swimming at Ross Beach which is within walking distance and sailing from Fahy Bay which is a registered yacht berth.
