Cove to the south west of the island.

View to the North East which to the fore shows Claddaghduff with Cleggan Hill behind and The Twelve Pins in the background.

Three individual insulated timber buildings that are in place and are situate on the north east side of the island which is also the lee side of the hill. These huts are very dry and warm and ideal for sleeping, cooking and living island style.

The above show O.S. map of Croagh island together with its proximity to Omey island.

This is a once off opportunity to acquire a private island and a very special one. Its proximity to the mainland makes it unique and yet it's a world away from the hustle and bustle of modern life, a place to chill out and enjoy nature to its fullest. Cruagh has a rough natural beauty with hills and valleys, steep cliffs and beautiful inlets. Wild life is in abundance with both bird life and sea life all around to include Manx shearwaters, seals and dolphins for regular company. One can enjoy a natural swimming pool where every six hours the tide returns to refresh the water.
The island also enjoys its own spring well.
